Le poste
Manage each turnkey project from contract award through handover and completion across multiple UK sites (Birmingham, Manchester, Cardiff and London).
Oversee on-site activities and enforce health and safety compliance.
Support the Project Manager with package procurement, subcontractor letting, and budget-conscious purchasing.
Coordinate design team input, monitor the construction programme, and chair subcontractor meetings.
Ensure RAMS, permits, and safety reporting are current and compliant.
Essential: 5+ years as a lead construction manager; modular/turnkey experience desirable; CSCS, SMSTS, first aid, asbestos awareness; strong MS Office skills; excellent communication and entrepreneurial mindset.
