Le poste
Role: A growth-centric Sr. Data Analyst responsible for turning data into strategy for Product and Marketing.
Own the analytics roadmap for key growth functions (SEO, referrals, lifecycle marketing).
Design, run, and interpret experiments; partner with Product and Marketing to test hypotheses.
Monitor critical metrics, surface issues, and drive data-informed resolutions across the consumer journey.
Collaborate with Engineering to implement measurement and reporting, and build end-to-end dashboards.
Requirements: 4+ years in B2C analytics; expert SQL; Python or R; experience with growth channels; fintech experience is a plus.
