Le poste
Develop and execute influencer and affiliate strategies across a diversified brand portfolio, including cannabis, wellness, and beverage brands.
Identify, vet, and recruit partners aligned to each brand's voice and audience, negotiating contracts and coordinating briefs.
Manage end-to-end relationships: outreach, onboarding, content review, publishing, tracking, and performance optimization.
Build and run an affiliate program infrastructure with link tracking, promo codes, commissions, and payout processes.
Collaborate with social, brand, and creative teams to ensure on-brand, compliant content and accurate KPI reporting (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
Stay up-to-date on platform policies, FTC disclosures, state cannabis regulations, and budget management; travel 10-15% as needed.
