Le poste

An IT Support Specialist (Level 2) provides technical support through telephone, remote, and on-site services, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues within agreed SLAs. The role involves troubleshooting, configuration, installation, and documentation of support activities, as well as supporting IT projects like upgrades and migrations. Candidates should have at least two years of support experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking, and excellent communication skills for liaising with users across industries. The position requires a proactive approach, cybersecurity awareness, and the ability to work independently within a team. A full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are essential. The role promotes continuous learning and adheres to ISO standards, based in Wollaston, Northamptonshire.
