Handle inbound patient calls to register patients and schedule appointments in a busy healthcare setting.
Provide courteous service, verify information, and document interactions accurately in the scheduling system.
Support patient satisfaction by offering clear guidance and efficient issue resolution.
Coordinate with care teams to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Maintain accurate records and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Prior call center experience and strong communication are preferred; compensation ranges from $17.50 to $21.80 per hour.
