Le poste
Qualify new residents for occupancy and requalify existing residents for continued occupancy with precision and compliance.
Conduct applicant and resident interviews and coordinate on-site data collection and paperwork.
Calculate income, assets, and rent accurately while obtaining necessary compliance approvals for move-ins and recertifications.
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with maintenance and schedule apartment inspections for recertifications.
Maintain resident files according to policies and regulatory requirements and provide administrative support as needed.
Demonstrate independence, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
