The HRIS & Data Analyst supports and maintains group HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance while working closely with HR, Payroll, and L&D teams. They assist with system upgrades, configurations, and report generation, with no advanced programming required. The role involves troubleshooting, user support, process optimisation, and implementing system enhancements to improve HR service delivery. Candidates should have 3-5 years of HRIS management experience, strong technical and data management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
