Le poste
Lead the end-to-end measurement strategy for MAP across onsite/offsite, sponsored products, display/video, programmatic, social, and in-club media.
Oversee timely delivery of measurement and insights services for MAP Joint Business Partners (JBP), ensuring ROI and actionable audience insights using 1P data.
Collaborate with product and engineering to design production adtech systems and establish data quality controls across data pipelines.
Translate complex measurement concepts into market-ready narratives, documentation, and training for Sales, Account Management, and advertiser teams.
Drive the measurement and insights innovation roadmap and develop AI solutions to automate and scale campaign performance analytics.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of measurement leads and analysts, setting operating rhythms, performance goals, and growth plans.
