Senior Data Scientist Workforce Optimization (m/f/d)

Join our Data Science team to drive workforce optimization through advanced forecasting and optimization solutions. You will translate business problems into data science requirements, design, implement, and validate time series forecasts, capacity plans, and time models. Build models that balance service levels with resource efficiency across tactical (weeks to months) and strategic (quarterly to annual) horizons, while staying up-to-date with forecasting methods and optimization techniques. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, MLOps engineers, and software developers to deploy end-to-end solutions and iteratively improve models in production. Proficiency in Python, Git, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS) is essential, as is the ability to communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences and to support production deployment. Based in Pullach near Munich, Germany, with a hybrid (partial remote) work model.
