A company specialising in digital products for major UK contractors is seeking a Lead Mobile Developer to oversee the design and development of Flutter applications for iOS and Android. The role involves shaping architecture, establishing best practices, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. The successful candidate will mentor developers and foster a positive engineering culture, collaborating closely with product and backend teams to deliver mobile-first features. Candidates should possess over five years of mobile development experience, including three years with Flutter, and be proficient in Dart, async programming, and architecture patterns such as BLoC, Clean, or MVC.
