Le poste
Responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinating with Sales, property departments, and customers to ensure high-level service throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases. Manages events of average complexity and ensures a seamless turnover from sales to service and back to sales. Identifies opportunities to maximize revenue through up-selling and enhancements. Oversees group room blocks and meeting space, coordinates with Event Operations, and ensures billing accuracy. Acts as liaison between sales and customers throughout the event lifecycle, including site inspections and post-event follow-up. Fosters exceptional customer service, leads formal pre- and post-event meetings, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
