Le poste
Plan, prepare, and coordinate all Member and non-Member events and Food & Beverage functions. Partner with Dining Room Supervisors and Managers to ensure reservations are executed smoothly and Member satisfaction is optimized. Handle receptionist duties as needed to promote hospitality and positive guest experiences. Create and post fliers and posters; proof menus for events. Maintain ongoing communication with the Kitchen about reservations and upcoming events to ensure proactive information flow. Utilize Microsoft Office and club software systems to manage reservations, menus, and event logistics.
