Le poste
Owns and drives the entire commercial lifecycle for assigned defense aftermarket customers, focusing on top- and bottom-line growth while mitigating risk.
Negotiates major business agreements, LTAs, pricing, and contract changes; initiates and ensures flow-down of contract requirements to cross-functional teams.
Forecasts sales and anticipated demand; collaborates with Demand Management to translate customer and market segment needs into actionable plans.
Tracks and recovers all customer claims; facilitates clear communication and mediates disputes to sustain strong relationships.
Acts as a customer advocate with Finance to develop winning business cases and strategies; ensures Voice of the Customer informs internal decisions.
Builds and maintains relationships at all levels within the customer organization and fosters cross-functional teamwork to meet customer needs.
