The role involves setting high standards for service excellence and inspiring the guest service team to uphold company values. Leadership skills and a service-oriented attitude are essential for this position, which also aims to foster a sales culture within the department. Technical skills include managing guest relations and team leadership within a hotel environment. This role reports directly to the Hotel Manager and is based at a hotel in Rotherham.
