Le poste
Senior Human Resources Manager:
Leads HR strategies, employee relations, and compliance initiatives.
Partners with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies.
Oversees employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters.
Manages HR team members, including Employee Relations Specialists.
Provides guidance on HR best practices, coaching, and talent development.
Stays current on employment laws and regulations.
Requires 5-7 years of HR experience, Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and strong communication skills.
Must be bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Standard office work environment.
