Le poste
Provide administrative support on a patient care unit, including reception, information distribution, and coordinating a smooth flow of operations.
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, patient record maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of issues.
Assist with environmental controls, inventory management, and revenue reconciliation as needed to support daily unit operations.
Support direct nursing care when appropriate, following established policies and procedures.
Answer phones, greet patients and visitors, and ensure accurate, timely communication within the unit.
Demonstrate strong customer service, prioritize multiple tasks, and learn new software systems as required.
