The Corporate Counsel provides legal advice on a broad range of agreements, including professional services, software, confidentiality, sponsorship, and recruitment contracts. They assist with negotiations, compliance, and risk management, supporting various internal legal matters and special projects. The role requires strong drafting, organisational, and communication skills, as well as a practical business approach. The candidate should have a law degree and be in good standing with a Canadian law society, with three to five years of relevant experience. Collaboration, independence, and stakeholder management across Canada are essential, along with adherence to professional responsibilities and regulation.
