Le poste
Oversee accurate expense tracking and budget forecasting for Pharmaceutical Supply Chain projects, delivering timely inputs to Cost Accounting.
Monitor procurement plans, track purchase orders, and reconcile costs against contracts with CMOs and external vendors.
Coordinate monthly expense accruals with PSC SMEs and align updates with Finance.
Support budgeting and forecasting by organizing PO and expense data and gathering inputs from PSC SMEs.
Drive process improvements through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management while ensuring applicable SOX controls.
Lead cross-functional collaboration and project management for new initiatives, system implementations, and master data processes.
