Warehouse Lead

Oversee the storage and shipping of materials for a 25-30 person warehouse team. Coach, guide, and develop team members to meet facility demands and maintain high performance. Allocate space for proper rotation of goods and regulate inventory levels to minimize product loss. Ensure asset security and implement cost-effective labor and operating expense practices. Manage both human and financial resources, focusing on safety, accuracy, and timely delivery. This role requires forklift certification and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and operating manual/powered equipment on a regular basis. The position is on-site with the first shift in Chester Heights, PA.
