Lead production-grade development for the Marketing Studio AI Content product as a Staff Software Engineer, with hybrid/remote options in the UK.
Write and ship production code with meaningful user and business impact, and envision and analyze new features that drive growth.
Collaborate with a small cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, designers, content designers, and researchers, while engaging with stakeholders across the company.
Design and run experiments to gain insights into user behavior and continuously improve the user experience and business metrics.
Contribute to the system and product architecture, scale, and technical direction, and mentor teammates while partnering with recruiting to build strong teams.
Bring strong Java fundamentals, a business-minded mindset, and a collaborative, authentic approach to work in a customer-focused marketing technology environment.
