Le poste
The Chief of Staff to the CEO partners with the leadership team to drive growth by orchestrating the executive office’s operating rhythm and priority execution.
Manages the bi-weekly leadership syncs, monthly reviews, quarterly planning, and board meeting preparation to ensure timely, clear communications.
Drives cross-functional alignment across Marketing, HR, Product, and Finance to create shared objectives and accountable milestones.
Serves as project manager and the CEO’s right hand, coordinating internal and external engagements with key stakeholders.
Leads high-priority strategic initiatives, including the design and execution of the Generative AI program in partnership with technical leadership.
Supports strategic planning with multi-year roadmaps, financial models, governance tools, and ongoing reporting to inform decision-making.
