The Wedding and Events Coordinator is responsible for managing enquiries, conducting venue tours, and building trusting relationships with clients throughout the planning process. They will coordinate each wedding day to ensure smooth and flawless delivery, liaising with suppliers and vendors. The role requires excellent organisational skills, a warm demeanour, and professional presentation consistent with a luxury setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple timelines are essential. Availability for weekend work during peak seasons and flexibility throughout the year are expected. This position offers daytime hours with no evening shifts, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
