Le poste
Own the end-to-end measurement strategy for MAP: onsite/offsite, sponsored products, display/video, programmatic, social, and in-club media.
Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver tailored measurement and insights that drive MAP advertiser ROI and actionable audience insights using 1P membership data.
Partner with product and engineering to design production adtech systems and establish data quality controls with monitoring and root-cause analysis.
Translate complex measurement concepts into market-ready narratives, documentation, and training for Sales, Account Management, and advertiser clients.
Research and deploy AI solutions to automate and scale campaign measurement and insights, while advancing measurement methodologies for new ad products.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team, setting operating rhythms, goals, and development plans in a fast-changing environment.
