Le poste
We’re seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to design and deploy large-scale ML/optimization systems for real-time personalization across the DashPass subscriber journey.
You will contribute to causal inference modeling to measure the incremental impact of subscriber acquisition and retention strategies.
Develop incentive optimization frameworks that tailor progressive rewards to improve spend efficiency.
Build budget allocation and forecasting models to identify optimal spend across acquisition, referrals, and retention.
Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to design experiments, model frameworks, and production ML systems; provide technical mentorship to engineers and cross-functional partners.
Set best practices for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring, and drive end-to-end impact across the business.
