Oversee end-to-end logistics planning, including warehousing, distribution, vendor management, and inventory control, in collaboration with operations teams.
Lead demand forecasting, purchasing support, and cost analysis to optimize capacity and expenses.
Conduct scenario planning and lead-time analysis to maintain service levels and target inventory.
Manage supplier and customer interfaces, ensure compliance, and monitor KPIs across the supply chain.
Drive process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and operations.
Provide leadership for departmental staff, including hiring, performance management, and coaching.
