Director of Human Resources
Provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for enterprise-wide Human Resources programs, including workforce development, team member engagement, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Reports to the Chief Executive Officer, partnering with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals. Oversees HR operations, workforce engagement, and culture leadership, ensuring compliance with tribal, federal, and state regulations.
Leads HR team, providing coaching, development, and performance management. Analyzes workforce data and employee feedback to drive retention and effectiveness.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, and 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles. Preferably, a Master's degree and experience in gaming or tribal government environments.
