An emerging organisation is hiring an IT support technician responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing network and endpoint configurations. The role involves supporting Microsoft environments, cloud platforms, virtualisation, and incident management processes. The candidate should possess experience with desktop support, troubleshooting, and potentially hold a CompTIA certification. Strong skills in Microsoft technologies and the ability to obtain security clearance are essential. The environment combines hands-on support, project tasks, and opportunities for infrastructure growth. This is an onsite role based in Reading, and sponsorship or visa support are not provided.
