Le poste
Service Architect: Designs and implements service delivery systems, collaborating with Engineering, Development, and other teams to ensure compliance, operability, and quality standards. Owns service and infrastructure lifecycle planning, establishing metrics, and analyzing data to drive improvements. Develops and maintains processes, automates tasks, and ensures security and compliance. Collaborates with stakeholders, communicates with customers, and applies diagnostic expertise to restore services with minimal disruption.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 8 years experience in Network Engineering, automation, scripting, and n-tier solutions. Experience in resilience modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving. Strong analytical and communication skills.
