Senior Financial Analyst

Seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis within a manufacturing environment. This hybrid role collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that enhance operational and business performance. Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; delivering monthly and quarterly reports for U.S. and global stakeholders; conducting variance, trend, and profitability analyses; building models for scenario planning, pricing, and capital investment evaluations. The ideal candidate will partner with operations, supply chain, sales, HR, and IT to support strategic initiatives and identify opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting efficiency. A strong foundation in U.S. GAAP (with exposure to IFRS) and advanced Excel/financial modeling are required, with relevant manufacturing experience highly preferred.
