A quality auditor in Leicester assesses compliance with GMP, HACCP, and QMS standards by conducting audits, identifying non-conformances, and supporting corrective actions. The role involves performing quality sampling, testing, and documentation, as well as supporting product launches, NPD trials, and customer complaint investigations. The auditor verifies food safety controls, calibrates equipment, and maintains audit readiness while collaborating with operational and technical teams to improve quality. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and experience in food manufacturing or auditing. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is advantageous, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
