Le poste
A project manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects to ensure they meet time, cost, and quality targets. They plan, monitor, and adjust project activities, manage budgets, and coordinate resources and stakeholders. The role involves risk management, embedding new capabilities into business processes, and ensuring benefits are realised post-implementation. Candidates should have experience with the project lifecycle, including service design and transition, as well as skills in leadership, communication, and collaboration. Knowledge of agile delivery and Scottish Water's processes is advantageous but not essential. The position offers flexible hybrid working, pension, holidays, and other employee benefits.
