Le poste

The HR Business Partner for Supply Chain at Amcor is responsible for shaping and implementing people strategies across a multi-country network, impacting over 64 plants in 20 nations. The role involves partnering with senior leaders to enhance HR practices, develop talent, and support organisational change, fostering a high-performance culture. It requires proven experience in mature supply chain environments within FMCG sectors and expertise in HR systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday. The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder influencing skills, excellent communication, and a data-driven approach to HR operations and projects. This full-time, hybrid position reports to the HR Director EMEA and aims to strengthen the organisation's capabilities through strategic HR initiatives. Fluency in English and adaptability are essential, with additional languages viewed favourably.
