Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with marketing objectives and audience needs.
Research, audit, and optimize content to increase visibility, deliver value, and drive engagement across the customer journey.
Create and oversee high-quality content across formats, including website copy, campaigns, video storylines, collateral, and patient materials.
Collaborate with designers, subject matter experts, and leaders to capture expertise and translate it into on-brand storytelling.
Coordinate content amplification with web, social, and field marketing teams to maximize reach and impact.
Establish scalable standards, workflows, and best practices; track content performance and inform optimization.
