The Front-End Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting user interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. The role involves translating UI/UX designs into accessible, responsive, and high-performing front-end experiences, ensuring cross-browser compatibility. It requires collaboration with designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver comprehensive solutions while maintaining clean and reusable code. The developer will conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimisation, and contribute to CI/CD processes and version control workflows. Depending on experience, the role may include leading front-end delivery, defining architecture and standards, mentoring developers, and engaging with stakeholders. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React or Vue.js is essential, alongside skills in API integration, testing, and familiarity with DevOps workflows.
