A fintech company in Norwich is seeking a Junior Python Developer to join a team building a next-generation FX trading and settlement platform. The role involves developing platform components using Python, optimisation, and SQL, and building REST APIs for integration purposes. The candidate will work with event-driven pipelines and contribute to CI/CD processes whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams. A solid understanding of APIs, data modelling, and security principles is essential, along with 1-2 years' experience or relevant projects in Python and SQL. Skills in Kafka, Azure, Salesforce, Docker, and Azure DevOps are advantageous, and a GitHub portfolio is welcomed.
