Lead design and implementation of front-office sales transformations for Communications, Media, and Technology clients.
Deliver end-to-end CMT technology implementation engagements, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and client-facing workstreams.
Synthesize technology needs and select tools to meet client requirements, balancing people, process, and technology.
Manage dynamic consulting projects with active client engagement and mentor junior team members.
Partner with clients to develop high-performance sales solutions and improve their market position.
Operate in an agile, fast-paced environment, applying problem-solving and creative thinking to transform challenges into opportunities.
