Le poste
Lead the delivery and optimisation of histopathology automation systems within the N8 collaboration.
Drive service transformation, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with NHSE standards and local governance.
Perform tissue dissection to defined competency levels and supervise the dissection area and related processes.
Manage and deploy staff within assigned sections, providing training and mentorship to junior staff.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the network to share best practice and drive innovation.
Support the department's management, including equipment evaluation and adaptation of procedures to underpin high technical performance.
