Le poste
Develop and maintain a Factory Capacity Model to forecast production capability and identify bottlenecks.
Measure and analyze data on equipment utilization, cycle time, personnel utilization, and OEE to verify model accuracy.
Lead cross-functional improvement projects with Operations and Engineering to optimize processes and procedures.
Support a broad range of projects aligned with departmental tactical and strategic goals.
Provide ECO oversight for new parts, including technical reviews and material disposition by creating new routing and BOM entries.
Apply Six Sigma and Lean methods, solve problems with RCA, and manage projects while communicating effectively to stakeholders.
