Le poste
Coordinate end-to-end digital video and marketing projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders; organize kickoffs, status meetings, and post-project reviews.
Maintain project documentation and tracking in Airtable or similar platforms; monitor timelines and resources to flag risks early.
Collaborate with video production, editorial, and technical staff to support content workflows through CMS.
Bring 3+ years of experience in digital media or marketing project coordination, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with CMS such as Drupal or WordPress, Airtable, and Agile methodologies is preferred for success in this role.
