Le poste
Lead internal quality assurance checks and review external appraisals for complex commercial and multifamily properties across risk management.
Collaborate with senior reviewers, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant valuation work.
Assess appraisal reports for compliance with USPAP, FIRREA, Dodd-Frank, Red Book, and internal policies.
Evaluate the quality, reasonableness, and completeness of staff and vendor deliverables.
Provide clear written and verbal findings and actionable recommendations to support decision making.
Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
