Le poste
Provide timely expert HR advice to line managers on a broad range of people-related matters, including performance, sickness absence, conduct, discipline, grievance, secondments, TUPE, and probation.
Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives across the function, collaborating with colleagues to support operational and strategic priorities.
Support the development and monitoring of service standards, drive process improvements, and deputise for the HR Business Partner as required.
Analyse HR data to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance efficiency and employee outcomes.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring policy and legislation are applied with sound judgement.
Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, coach on HR processes, and uphold data protection and organisational values.
