An Area General Manager is sought in Leeds to oversee a portfolio of hotels for a prominent hotel management company. The role involves supporting hotel managers to improve performance, lead change and ensure adherence to brand standards. The successful candidate will develop leadership skills, strengthen operational capabilities, and contribute to regional projects and strategies. Key responsibilities include coaching hotel teams, analysing business data, managing stakeholder relationships and supporting hotel openings and transitions. The role demands experience in large, complex hotel operations, strong commercial awareness and excellent stakeholder management skills. Regular travel between sites and holding a valid driving licence are essential requirements for this position.
