Le poste
Modifies, updates, and extracts reports from relational databases with accuracy and on schedule.
Maintains computer hardware and related equipment; troubleshoots telecom and application issues; supports end users.
Communicates with internal and external agencies to resolve equipment and application problems.
Provides on-call support beyond standard hours and trains staff on new tools and processes.
Collaborates with the Research Division on data for operations, grants, and budget reporting; manages CMS content.
Requires travel within Illinois, residency within 90 days of hire, and on-site presence for the full work week.
