Le poste
Under supervision, provides professional nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care setting using nursing methods such as assessment, health teaching, and care planning.
Develops, implements, and continuously evaluates the nursing regimen for assigned patients, and records care plans and progress notes to ensure continuity of care.
Interprets and communicates patient responses to the health care team and participates with interdisciplinary colleagues to plan comprehensive care.
Determines and assigns components of the nursing regimen that may be carried out by allied staff, and provides teaching and guidance on patient care.
Participates in defining and maintaining standards of nursing practice, and contributes to policy development and quality improvement.
Maintains professional competence through ongoing continuing education; meets minimum qualifications including NYS RN license and BLS certification.
