A full-time chef is required in Loughborough to prepare and serve traditional, freshly cooked meals using seasonal ingredients. The role involves working closely with a small team to ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and consistency. The candidate should possess excellent knife skills, experience in making soups, sauces, and meals from scratch, and a passion for wholesome food. Availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends is essential. The position offers onsite parking, tips share and special holiday time off, in a historic countryside setting. Experience in a professional kitchen for at least one year is necessary, and own transport is advised for ease of commute.
