Le poste
This is a hands-on finish carpenter role focused on precise millwork for commercial and luxury projects in NYC.
Lead and execute detailed finish carpentry installations, custom millwork, and finish/trim elements with a small team.
Balance duties between fabrication in the shop and installation on job sites, coordinating with designers and trades.
Develop and implement installation processes, troubleshoot field challenges, and ensure install-ready components.
Travel within NY/NJ as needed; maintain strong communication, organization, and ownership of the installation workflow.
Requirements include 3–5 years in wood shop fabrication and skilled-trade experience (millwork); OSHA-30 or equivalent is a plus; opportunities for growth toward foreman/construction manager.
