Le poste
Lead and sign off on basic to highly complex civil designs for industrial sites, including site layout, grading, drainage, hydraulics, hydrology, water distribution, collection systems, and stormwater infrastructure.
Review draft designs for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and ensure adherence to firm policies.
Perform site reviews and studies to align designs with location specifications, updating requirements as needed.
Develop technical documentation and contribute to knowledge management, including drafting technical papers and design notes for dissemination.
Collaborate with sales and clients to prepare proposals, participate in meetings, and support business development activities.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff; may supervise project work and travel up to 5% in a hybrid work environment.
