Housekeeper – Derby

The housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in both resident and communal areas. They will follow health and safety procedures, utilise cleaning products properly, and operate equipment such as carpet cleaners. The role requires good organisation, time management, and strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service. In addition, the housekeeper must understand confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding principles. Technical skills include knowledge of COSHH, cleaning procedures, and equipment handling. The position involves working both independently and as part of a team to meet the cleaning standards and resident needs.
