Security AI Engineer – Birmingham

A Security AI Engineer is responsible for designing and building agentic security systems that investigate security events, support incident response, and enable automated remediation. The role involves developing AI-driven solutions for Security Operations Centres, integrating with operational tools, and working with modern orchestration frameworks. Candidates should have experience in security environments, software engineering skills in Python, and familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and MCP. They will contribute to transforming security workflows into autonomous, intelligent processes while advancing AI-powered security operations. The position is fully remote, with a contract outside IR35 for six months, subject to extension based on project needs.
