Group IT Manager

The Group IT Manager oversees IT service delivery across the company's restaurants and support centre, ensuring systems operate reliably. Candidates should have experience with multi-site hospitality IT environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, and operational familiarity with EPOS, WiFi, booking, and payments. They require strong management of suppliers and a solutions-oriented approach, with additional skills in automation, GDPR, PCI DSS, or Cyber Essentials being advantageous.
